We may collect information you voluntarily provide, including your name, telephone number, email address, preferred method of contact, transportation or delivery request details, pickup and destination information, procedure center information, requested service date and time, and other information reasonably necessary to evaluate or provide requested services.

For procedure transportation, we may ask limited questions concerning whether a passenger can safely enter and exit a standard passenger vehicle without lifting or specialized positioning and whether wheelchair or stretcher transportation is required.

Please do not submit diagnoses, test results, medication lists, medical records, Social Security numbers, or other medical or sensitive information that we have not specifically requested.

Business customers may provide company information, contact information, pickup and delivery locations, requested timing, service frequency, package or document type, and other delivery requirements.

How We Use Information

We use information to evaluate service availability, prepare quotes, schedule and provide transportation or courier services, communicate regarding requests and reservations, process and document transactions, respond to inquiries, maintain business records, improve our services, prevent fraud or misuse, comply with applicable legal obligations, and protect the rights and safety of customers, True Standard Logistics, and others.

Payment Information

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors such as Stripe.

Payment card information entered through a third-party hosted checkout is processed by that payment provider. True Standard Logistics does not ask customers to submit full credit or debit card numbers through our transportation forms, ordinary email, or text messages.

We may receive transaction information such as the customer's name, payment amount, payment status, transaction identifier, and other information necessary to document the transaction.

Sharing of Information

True Standard Logistics does not sell or rent personal information.
